Serious Studio seeks a dynamic and versatile Assistant Manager to bridge the gap between our administrative and general management functions. This role is pivotal in supporting the Studio General Manager in overseeing studio operations and assisting in HR projects with the Administrative Assistant. The Assistant Manager will play a critical part in managing projects, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and contributing to the team's overall success.
- Project Management: Assist the General Manager in planning and overseeing studio projects. Ensure timely execution and quality standards are met.
- Operational Support: Aid in daily studio operations, including task delegation and coordination with studio employees.
- Human Resources Collaboration: Work closely with the Support Head on HR-related tasks such as recruitment, training, and employee evaluations.
- Administrative Duties: Perform advanced administrative tasks, including document management, basic bookkeeping, and data entry.
- Communication and Coordination: Serve as a liaison between different departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Strategy and Planning: Contribute to strategic planning sessions and provide input on operational improvements and business development.
Meetings and Reporting: Schedule and participate in studio meetings, provide updates, and report on project progress to the General Manager.
