The Gist
Our sister company Supernormal is hiring a café operations manager for a café and design retail space we're opening in San Juan.
What you'll do
- Keep the space well-maintained
- Manage purchasing and commissary coordination
- Lead the team
- Handle R&D for menu and products
- Run inventory—stocks, retail, suppliers, consignors
- Manage costing and margins
- Support marketing (content, promos, events)
What we're looking for
Experience in café, restaurant, or retail operations
Good with people, logistics, and numbers
Organized and proactive
