1. How does shipping work?

 

Shipping days: To make shipments more efficient, we only ship twice a week: orders confirmed from Friday to Monday are shipped out on Tuesday, and all other orders are shipped out on Friday.

 

Shipping rates: Shipments within Metro Manila are charged a P150 flat rate and are delivered via Lalamove or Grab on shipping days. Shipments outside Metro Manila but within Luzon are charged a P170 flat rate. These shipments are sent out via courier, so expect to receive them a few days after shipping day.

 

For orders outside Luzon, send us a DM on Instagram so we can figure out the best shipping option for you.

 

P.S. Due to our freshly made iced tea being perishable (naturally!), we only accept iced tea orders within Metro Manila.

 

2. What payment methods do you accept?

 

We accept payments through GCash, BPI Bank Deposit, and PayPal. Payment details will be sent to you together with order confirmation email.

 

3. Do you accept returns or refunds?

 

We only accept returns for damaged goods, not for changes of mind. If you received a defective item, please send us a message on Instagram so we can make things right 🙂

 

4. The item I want is out of stock 🙁 Will you be restocking anytime soon?

All our collections are limited edition and we have no plans to restock sold out items at the moment. We do come up with new collections every so often so subscribe to our mailing list or follow us on Instagram to get updates. If ever we do restock any items, that’s where you’ll hear from us too!
