OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES

→ Creative Collaboration: Partner with our Creative Director and team to birth groundbreaking branding solutions

→ Brand Development: Generate systemic design work that captivates, aligns with guidelines, and meets client aspirations.

→ Smooth Operator: Work in harmony with writers, strategists, and peers to ensure cohesive project realizations.

→ Method & Madness: Develop visuals for a myriad of materials—brochures, packaging, digital platforms, and beyond.

→ Ownership & Delivery: Lead projects from conception to conclusion, ensuring punctuality and quality remain paramount.

WHAT SETS YOU APART

→ Exceptional design know-how, encompassing type, color, and layout.
→ Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma.
→ Effective communicator with clients and teams.
→ Manages concurrent projects efficiently.
→ An innate ability to infuse work with charm and wit.
→ Deep-seated passion for design with an ever-eager mindset to stay atop industry shifts.
→ A proactive and can-do attitude, with a focus on finding solutions and delivering high-quality work.

NICE TO HAVE  (not required)

→ Proficiency in motion graphics, 3D, and related disciplines.
→ Experience in branding or advertising agencies.
→ Strong project management skills.
→ Work Experience: Ideally, we're looking for someone with 3-5 years of relevant work experience. However, if you’re passionate and believe you have what it takes, don’t let this discourage you from applying.
