OVERVIEW

We’re on the lookout for a Brand Strategist who grasps the intricacies of weaving business, design, and emotions into a seamless tapestry of experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES

→ Strategic Development: Conceive, shape, and execute brand strategies from inception to roll-out. Decode client objectives, using them as the foundation to craft brand experiences that resonate.

→ From Insights to Action: Uphold our 'Make Sense & Look Good' ethos. Synthesize deep dives into consumer, category, and competitor insights into tangible actions, working in tandem with designers to reflect the brand's tone, pillars, and essence.

→ Interdepartmental Harmony: Collaborate seamlessly with creative, digital, and analytics teams, ensuring that the brand voice is consistent across all touchpoints.

→ Intertwine Data and Art: Leverage research and insights, interpreting campaign metrics and KPIs to mold compelling brand narratives that resonate across markets.

→ Storytelling Through Presentations: Craft compelling narratives and deliver persuasive client presentations to guide their strategic direction.

→ Engaging Workshops: Spearhead and moderate workshops, synthesizing diverse thoughts into actionable steps.

NICE TO HAVE  (not required)

→ Work Experience: Ideally, we're looking for someone with 3-5 years of relevant work experience. However, if you’re passionate and believe you have what it takes, don’t let this discourage you from applying.
→ Agency Experience: If you’ve thrived in a creative agency, you’re already a step ahead.
→ Project Management: Efficiency is the game, and you know how to play it.
→ Software Familiarity: Hands-on experience with tools like Figma and/or Keynote
