We’re on the lookout for a Brand Strategist who grasps the intricacies of weaving business, design, and empathy into brand experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES

→ Strategic Development: Conceive, shape, and execute innovative brand strategies from inception to roll-out. Decode client objectives and use them as the foundation to craft compelling brand experiences that resonate with target audiences.

→ Insights to Action: Uphold our 'Make Sense & Look Good' ethos. Synthesize deep dives into consumer, landscape, and competitor insights to develop actionable brand strategies. Collaborate with designers to ensure the brand's tone, pillars, and essence are consistently reflected.

→ Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with our creatives, ensuring that the brand voice is consistent across all touchpoints.

→ Data-driven Storytelling: Leverage research, campaign metrics, and KPIs to craft compelling, insight-driven brand narratives that resonate across markets.

→ Storytelling Through Presentations: Craft compelling narratives and deliver persuasive client presentations to guide their strategic direction.

→ Engaging Workshops: Spearhead and moderate workshops, synthesizing diverse thoughts into actionable steps.

WHAT SETS YOU APART

→ Creative and articulate, boasting strong writing skills and an eye for creativity.
→ Analyzes consumer behaviors to derive actionable insights.
→ Savvy with emerging trends and frameworks in branding and digital marketing.
→ Effective communicator with clients and teams.
→ Manages concurrent projects on time.
→ Curious, constantly learning, and solution-oriented.
→ An innate ability to infuse work with charm and wit.

NICE TO HAVE (not required)

→ 3-5 years of relevant work experience in branding or marketing
→ Background thriving in a creative agency environment
→ Proven project management skills and ability to drive efficiency
→ Proficiency with tools such as Figma and Keynote
