OVERVIEW
Serious Studio is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR and Admin Associate to oversee human resources, office administration, and bookkeeping functions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR management, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in bookkeeping and data entry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
→ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and legal requirements
→ Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance
→ Oversee office administration, including document and facilities management, vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with government regulations
→ Maintain accurate and organized company and employee files, both physical and digital
→ Handle bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, accounts payable/receivable processing and management.
→ Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments
→ Coordinate staff training and development programs to enhance skills and performance
→ Serve as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts, if any
→ Continuously monitor and improve HR and administrative processes for greater efficiency
REQUIREMENTS
→ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
→ At least 3 years of experience in HR management and/or office administration
→ Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
→ Proficiency in bookkeeping, data entry, and financial reporting
→ Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
→ Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
→ Experience with Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets)
