The Serious Internship

An eight-week paid internship for aspiring designers and strategists who want real experience in branding and the creative industry.

You'll work with both Serious Studio (branding agency) and Supernormal (café and design retail space)—so expect a mix of brand strategy, design work, and hands-on art and retail projects.

Schedule: 5 day work week, onsite 3 days a week

Presentation and layout
Working with clients
Business of design (pricing, financial literacy)
Career development

What we're looking for

Basic understanding of design or strategy principles
Familiar with industry tools and software
Eager to learn and open to feedback
Can commit at least 28–32 hours per week
