We're seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee our studio's project operations and team management. This role will drive project success while supporting business growth and operational excellence.

Job Description

- Lead end-to-end project management
- Ensure timely delivery and quality standards
- Oversee resource allocation, team coordination, and schedules
- Collaborate with department heads to align goals and objectives
- Manage client relationships/expectations throughout project
- Monitor project budgets and financial performance
- Implement and optimize project management processes
- Contribute to business development initiatives and strategic planning

Job Qualifications & Skills

- 3+ years of project management experience
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team management skills
- Excellent client communication/relationship management expertise
- Advanced organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office/G Suite
- Sound financial and budgeting knowledge
- Experience in creative team management preferred
