OVERVIEW

We're seeking a talented Designer who shares our passion for exceptional design and storytelling. As a key member of our creative team, you'll work closely with our Creative Director to develop groundbreaking branding solutions that captivate audiences and exceed client expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

→ Creative Collaboration: Partner with our Creative Director and cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions.

→ Brand Development: Create cohesive and compelling design systems that align with brand guidelines and client goals.

→ Smooth Operator: Work in harmony with strategists and peers to bring projects to life.

→ Method & Madness: Develop stunning visuals for a wide range of materials, including brochures, packaging, digital platforms, and more.

→ Ownership & Delivery: Lead projects from conception to conclusion, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality.

WHAT SETS YOU APART

→ Exceptional design skills with a keen eye for type, color, and layout.
→ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
→ Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
→ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
→ A knack for infusing designs with charm, wit, and personality.
→ Passion for staying ahead of trends and improving your craft.
→ Proactive problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.

NICE TO HAVE (not required)

→ Proficiency in illustration, motion, 3D, or related disciplines.
→ Prior experience in branding or advertising agencies.
