Masters Tower Cebu is the flagship property of Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI), the leading developer in the VisMin region. An architectural masterpiece, Masters Tower Cebu is designed by one of the world's greatest architectural designers, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, in partnership with GF & Partners Architects, one of the Philippines' top architectural firms. A feat of sustainability and prestige, it houses Sofitel Cebu City and premium office spaces for Cebu's most prestigious organizations.

We wanted the brand's creative direction to bring to the fore the regal pride that Masters Tower and Cebu itself embody. The logo consists of a geometric interweaving monogram that takes inspiration from the tower's architecture by integrating lines and angles, topped with the iconic crown structure the tower also has. The brand palette is inspired by the earthy colors of Cebu: a rich burgundy subtly derived from Sto. Nino and Sinulog, a luxurious gold to represent Cebu as the Queen City of the South, and lush and earthy green to represent the natural richness of the area.
